Our entire goal at Waco Wedding Rentals is to keep the process simple and streamlined while providing elevated wedding day rentals. We try to help you find all the beautiful things in one place, so you can spend your time (and money) on the fun stuff! It is just 4 easy steps to get you to the wedding day!

Schedule Your Viewing (Optional)

Want to see before you buy?! We totally get it. We have made slots available for you to come by and see your collection in person. Feel free to create mockups of table scapes, ceremony decor, and more.

Select your collection & Pay the deposit to book!

Inquire with us to check for availability of your collection on your wedding weekend using the button below. We will then reach back out about your collection availability and send you over a proposal to sign the contract & get your date booked!

Schedule A Viewing!

step three

Schedule your pick up & drop off dates

One month before your wedding, you will get an email to schedule the pick up and drop off of your collection during your wedding week. All pickups are on Thursday, and drop offs are on Monday. The final payment for your collection will be due at this time.

Pick Up Your Collection & Get Hitched!!

At your scheduled pick up time, the Waco Wedding Rentals team will meet you at the address found in your one month email. We will help you load your collection and go over any last minute details!

Don't forget to drop off your collection

After your beautiful day is over, we will meet you at the scheduled drop off appointment time. We will inventory as you unload and give you a huge congratulations!

Rave, review & refer if you're happy!

One week after your wedding, we will send over some links for you to leave a review and tell you a little more about our referral program! We offer rewards for referrals and for sharing your full wedding gallery with us!

What is the Easiest Way to Book The Collection I Want?

All Collections are reserved and scheduled through the booking page! We do not book any collections outside of these links in order to prevent double booking. 

When do people typically book their collections?

We don’t take bookings less than 2 months before the wedding or more than 1 year before the wedding. We recommend booking a collection as soon as you are within that time frame and know you want to use it! Our collections only rent out one time per weekend due to pick up and drop off scheduling. So you may be competing with more than 1 wedding day. 

When Would We Drop Off Our Rentals?

Drop off after your wedding is always on Monday. It will be scheduled through the scheduler one month out and will have daytime and evening availability.

When Would We Pick Up Our Rentals?

Pickup for your wedding weekend will be scheduled on the scheduler. We open the calendar on Wednesday or Thursday before your wedding and will have daytime and evening availability. This will give you time to mock up last minute designs and talk through where you can use every single piece of the collection.

What if I don’t want to use everything in the collection? Can I get a Discount?

If you don’t want everything in the collection due to transportation needs, just let us know and we can remove items you won’t need. Please note, like items are packed in tubs together, so removing 1 of a certain kind of item will not change the amount of space your collection will take up. Sadly, we can’t offer a discount for removing items. The collection is rented for the entire weekend as an entire package.

Can We Pick What We Want From More Than One of the Collections?

Unfortunately, we cannot split collections. They are built to give our brides a collection that will supply decor for all pieces of their wedding. If you want to mix and match collections, you can rent two collections for the same weekend with a 10% discount. 

How Many Packages Do You Have?


We have 5 different design collections! There is truly a collection for every bride! If you don’t see a design you love, reach out and let us know! If we get enough requests, we may be able to build a new collection!

Do you deliver and set up the rentals for us?

At this time, our packages are made and priced for you to pick up, have your friends and family set up, and you return the package after the weekend is over because we are hoping to keep this as affordable as possible!

Hi, we are the Thompsons a husband & wife team

I have been a wedding planner in the Texas Market for over 5 years. In that time, I have worked with brides who have had a wide range of budgets, design goals and planning priorities. Week in and week out, I worked with brides who loved all the pretty things, but didn’t truly have a budget for it and stretched themselves beyond their budget limit. I have also worked with couples time and time again who worked hard to stay within budget by doing every possible DIY known to man, but inevitably made the planning process extremely stressful and time consuming.
